Central Scotland Agricultural Valuers Association Event 20th November 2018

Venue: Huntingtower Hotel, Perth PH1 3JT

Time: Refreshments 6pm. 6.30pm start. Finish approx. 8.30pm

Cost: Members and Young Farmers £10, non-members £20.

This year’s event focuses on technical valuation. The first half of the evening will have speakers from the Valuation Office Agency presenting to us in the context of a Compulsory Purchase Orders.

The second half of the evening will focus on valuation of property for Agricultural Property Relief and Business Property Relief purposes. John McArthur, STEP Member and former Chair of the STEP Scotland Committee will be joined by his colleague Eilidh Adams, Accredited Tax Technician.

Numbers will be limited to approximately 40 and early booking is recommended.
