Please note that the following regulation was laid before the Scottish Parliament on 26 January 2017 and the schedule provisions of the Act will come into force on 13 June 2017 – Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2016 (Commencement No. 5 and Transitory Provisions) Regulations 2017.
