1030 – 10.40 Welcome: Ian Thornton-Kemsley

10.40 – 11.00 Overview of Farm business from Ross Forster, Peacehill Farm

11.00 – 12.30 Morning Session, split into 3 groups with 20 mins at each of the following:

• Veg Production
• Broiler / Poultry Production
• AD Plant

12.30– 13.30 Lunch and Networking, plus valuation challenge

13.30 – 14.00 Update from Jeremy Moody CAAV

14.00 – 15.30 Project / Activity Sessions & Debriefs

15.30 Vote of Thanks & Final thoughts
