The SAAVA AGM & Spring Briefing will be held on Wednesday 13th March 2024, at 10.00 a.m. in the Novotel Edinburgh Park, 15 Lochside Ave, Edinburgh EH12 9DJ.

The Annual General Meeting of the Association and Spring Briefing will take place at Novotel Edinburgh Park, 15 Lochside Ave, Edinburgh EH12 9DJ on Wednesday 13th March 2024 when we would be delighted if you could join us.

12.20 p.m. Address by Malcolm Gale CAAV President.  To include presentation of certificates to:

12.40 p.m. Lunch.

Jeremy Moody, of the CAAV, will present the CAAV Scottish Briefing in the same venue between 1.45pm and 4pm with a coffee break at 2.45 – 3.00pm. To include updates on:

• Residential lettings and the Housing Bill
• Electrification
community benefits proposals
• Legislation update
• Tax (post-Budget)
