Our Annual Field Day – Tax & Lines
Will be held on Wednesday 30th April 2025
at Glenbervie Estate, Stonehaven, AB39 3YG
Programme for Day:
| 9.30 – 9.45 | Registration with Coffee and Bacon Rolls |
| 9.45 – 10.15 | Welcome: Ian Thornton-Kemsley
Overview of Business from Host Alistair Macphie |
| 10.15 – 11.00 | Site visit to Wind Turbines to discuss Wind, Solar and potential Hydro plants, as well as proposed Pylon Line |
| 11.00 – 11.15 | Return to site and quick coffee/ comfort break. |
| 11.15 – 12.30 | Tabletop session discussing:

| 12.30– 13.30 | Lunch and Networking,
Plus, a valuation challenge – with Prize |
| 13.30 – 14.00 | Update from Jeremy Moody CAAV |
| 14.00 – 15:30 | Trip to Cattle shed / Farm to do practical Farm Valuation based on recent budget changes. |
| 15.30 | Vote of Thanks & Final thoughts
Tea, coffee will be available before leaving for anyone who wants needs it. |
General Notes:
Limited Parking is available onsite therefore & where possible car sharing would be preferred.
Tea, Coffee, refreshments and lunch will be provided throughout the day, as noted above. Any dietary requirements will be catered for if you can please notify us accordingly on your completed SAAVA Field Day 2025 – Booking Form.
